It's a GE compax, made by Panasonic in Japan. These are excellent quality CFLs...glad you got a few! The one I had was the first CFL I ever bought, and it lasted over 24,000 hours and almost two decades of regular use.

ok thx yeah they were never used and forgotten so i swapped them for some cheap bulbs man these are heavy and i really like them

There should be date stamp at the base of the bulb, not the ballast box.
