I don't like this mothed of making the light of incandescent and halogen lamps more white. Most of the daylights (Halogen and Incandescent) in North America uses neodymium glass that complete filters out orange, yellow and yellow green wavelengths. Thus the spectrum is not continuous, the lamp is much less efficient and its CRI is lower, result in less natural light that regular incandescent and halogen lamps. These lamp most likely suitable for plant growing where neodymium glass filter out the wavelength that the plant are not sensitive and not like the manufacturer writes.
